How is pricing worked out?
Every quote is tailored to your premises and how often you need us. We work it out after a free 15-minute walkthrough, so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum contract?
We ask for a three-month initial commitment so your cleaner has time to learn your space and settle into a routine. After that, it rolls monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
What happens if my regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday?
We arrange cover so you're never left without a clean. We'll always let you know in advance if someone different is coming, and they'll be briefed on your space and requirements before they arrive.
Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, everything. We leave a dedicated set of equipment at your premises and supply all cleaning products. You don't need to provide anything. We also offer a managed consumables service covering toilet rolls, hand soap, and paper towels if you'd like that handled too.
How do keys and alarm access work?
We're happy to hold keys, fobs, or alarm codes. All keyholders are DBS checked and fully insured. We follow whatever access arrangement works for you, whether that's holding keys directly, using a key safe, or being let in by your team.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Call us and we'll come back the same day to put it right, no questions asked. We'd rather hear about it and fix it than have you quietly unhappy.
