Who we are

This website is run by Alsey Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17470657). Our registered office is Suite 50 Sneinton Market Unit 6, Gedling Street, Nottingham, NG1 1DS. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

When you fill in our quote or contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, premises postcode, and anything you tell us about your space or enquiry. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough of your premises, prepare a quote, and, if you become a customer, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

We will not use your details for marketing unless you have agreed to it, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers who help us run the business, under contract and only for that purpose:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Microsoft 365, which we use for email.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a customer, we keep enquiry details for 12 months and then delete them. Customer records are kept for as long as we work together and then for 6 years to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it to someone else. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
